Premium Economy is the upgrade from ERVs Economy entry level travel insurance policy for cabin crew, but you don’t have to be part of the aircrew to make use of our specialist insurance. Our cabin crew product is available to anyone who is a UK resident and works for an airline.

We’ve created a travel insurance product that provides the features you’d expect from us as a travel insurer, but then we went a bit further and found out about the extra things that you need cover for – uniform cover, security / ID pass, protection should you hire a car abroad and even cover for the purchase of a trip if you’ve used AVIOS points.

What does Premium Economy cover me for?

To make sure you’re covered in the event of a medical emergency, Premium Economy covers up to £10,000,000 of emergency medical care and repatriation expenses. With the upgrade from our basic product, we’ve also increased the Cancellation or the curtailment of your trip (if it’s cut short) to £2,000 while your personal possessions are now covered for £1,000. If you need to make sure your gadgets are covered too, our optional gadget cover will cover up to 3 items at £500 per item, just like on all the other air crew products.

And don’t forget, if you want to turn your trip into a ski holiday then we have a winter sports option available too (Single Trip Policies Only).
