Your policy documents will be sent to you by email when you have purchased your policy. Please check your spam folder or junk mail folder just in case. If you need this resent to you, don’t worry, simply send us a message with your surname, postcode and telephone number and we will resend your documents to you. As we have to verify your policy by hand, please be aware we can only do this within normal office hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
